Creative Idea Disclosure Agreement
Before submitting your iKProfile concept to InnerKiller, please read the following carefully. InnerKiller receives a large number of creative submissions from writers and creators worldwide. Many ideas may share similar themes, characters, narrative structures, or psychological concepts.
By submitting an iKProfile to InnerKiller, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Voluntary Submission
Your submission is made voluntarily and without expectation of confidentiality. InnerKiller does not agree to hold submissions in confidence, and the act of submitting does not create a confidential or fiduciary relationship between you and InnerKiller.
Idea Similarity
You understand that InnerKiller may already be developing, publishing, or receiving submissions that contain elements similar to your submission.
These similarities may include:
character archetypes
psychological themes
narrative structures
symbolic concepts
plot elements
You acknowledge that such similarities do not constitute copying or misuse of your submission.
No Implied Contract
Submitting an iKProfile does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or implied contract between you and InnerKiller. Any compensation, credit, or collaboration will only occur if your submission is formally selected by InnerKiller.
Creative Development Rights
If your submission is selected for development, InnerKiller retains full editorial and creative authority over the final work. The published story may differ from the original submission through editing, expansion, or collaborative development.
Release of Claims
By submitting your iKProfile, you agree to release and hold harmless InnerKiller and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

InnerKiller.com invites creators (“iKCreators”) to submit original fictional character concepts (“iKProfiles”). Selected iKProfiles may be developed into Toe-Tagged Tales, InnerKiller’s signature psychological fiction narratives.
By submitting an iKProfile, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms and agree to them.
1. Eligibility
To submit an iKProfile, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate and truthful information
InnerKiller reserves the right to reject or remove any submission that violates these terms or the platform’s ethical standards.
2. Nature of the Submission
An iKProfile is a fictional character concept created for psychological storytelling within the InnerKiller universe.
Submissions are intended to explore:
Character identity and background
Psychological patterns and motivations
Emotional and thematic depth
Narrative foundations for potential Toe-Tagged Tales
Submissions must focus on mindset, internal logic, and character development, not real-world tactics or instructional content. Submission does not guarantee selection, development, or publication.
3. Fictional Content Requirement
All submissions must be entirely fictional.
By submitting, you agree that:
Your submission does not depict or reference real individuals
Your submission is not based on real crimes, victims, or identifiable persons
Any resemblance to real people or events is purely coincidental
InnerKiller does not accept content rooted in real-world harm or identifiable cases.
4. Originality & Creator Representations
By submitting an iKProfile, you represent and warrant that:
The submission is your original work
It does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights
It is not under option, contract, or exclusive consideration elsewhere
You retain responsibility for the originality and legality of your submission.
5. AI Content Policy
InnerKiller is a human-driven storytelling platform.
AI tools may be used for minor assistance (e.g., grammar or clarity)
AI may not generate the core concept, character, or narrative framework
Submissions determined to be substantially AI-generated may be rejected.
6. Ownership & License
You retain ownership of your submitted iKProfile.
By submitting, you grant InnerKiller a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
Develop the concept into a Toe-Tagged Tale
Adapt, expand, or modify the concept
Publish resulting works in digital or print formats
Use the concept for promotional or editorial purposes
This license enables collaborative development while preserving creator attribution.
7. Derivative Works
InnerKiller may create derivative works based on submitted concepts, including:
Expanded narratives
Additional characters
New stories inspired by elements of the submission
All derivative works developed by InnerKiller remain the property of InnerKiller, subject to agreed attribution and compensation.
8. Editorial Authority
If a submission is selected, InnerKiller retains full creative and editorial control, including:
Title changes
Character adjustments
Narrative restructuring or expansion
Additional story elements
Final creative direction rests with the InnerKiller Creative Department.
9. Creator Credit
Selected creators will receive official recognition. Credits may appear as: “iKProfile Concept by: [Name or Pseudonym].”
Credits may appear across:
Digital publications
Printed works
Promotional materials
Future adaptations
Creators may choose to use their real name or a pseudonym.
10. Compensation
Creators whose submissions are selected will receive compensation.
This may include:
A guaranteed payment for the concept
Additional compensation (e.g., royalties) for commercial use
Royalty structures and payment terms will be determined at the time of publication.
11. Future Adaptations & Media
InnerKiller may develop or license content into additional formats, including:
Film or television
Audio storytelling or podcasts
Digital or interactive media
Live or performance adaptations
If your iKProfile is used, attribution will be provided where reasonably possible.
12. Idea Similarity
InnerKiller receives many submissions.
You acknowledge that:
Similar ideas, themes, or characters may already exist or be independently developed
Similarities do not constitute copying or misuse
By submitting, you agree not to bring claims based solely on similarity of ideas.
13. Collaboration & Development
Toe-Tagged Tales are collaborative works.
By submitting, you acknowledge that:
Multiple contributors may be involved
The final story may differ from your original submission
Submission does not grant creative control over the final work
14. Content Boundaries
To maintain ethical and creative standards, submissions may not include:
Real individuals as fictional perpetrators or victims
Minors depicted as perpetrators or victims
Hate speech, racism, or extremist content
Graphic sexual violence
Animal cruelty
Content that encourages self-harm
InnerKiller reserves the right to reject any submission that violates these boundaries.
15. Submission Withdrawal
You may withdraw your submission prior to acceptance by contacting InnerKiller. Once a submission is accepted for development, it may not be withdrawn.
16. Submission Risk & Release
By submitting, you acknowledge that:
Your submission is voluntary and not confidential
InnerKiller may develop or publish similar concepts
You release InnerKiller from claims related to idea similarity or independent development
17. Fiction Disclaimer
All iKProfiles and Toe-Tagged Tales are works of fiction. They are intended for creative and psychological storytelling, not factual crime reporting.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Washington State.
