Any original content submitted to InnerKiller.com — including iKProfiles, stories, art, or comments — remains your intellectual property. However, by submitting such content, you grant InnerKiller.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

  • Publish, modify, adapt, display, and distribute your submission (digitally and in print);

  • Use your submission for promotional, editorial, or community-driven purposes;

  • Attribute your contribution appropriately (e.g., “Submitted by [Name/Pseudonym]”).

This license ensures we can publish and expand upon submissions collaboratively through Toe-Tagged Tales and related content.

b. Collaborative Use

If your submission is selected for creative development, editing, or publication, InnerKiller.com and its affiliated creators may adapt or expand upon your work while maintaining its core essence.

By submitting, you acknowledge that final creative direction rests with the iKCreative Department.

c. Prohibited Submissions

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Includes real people’s personal or identifying information without consent,

  • Depicts minors as victims or perpetrators,

  • Promotes hate, racism, or religious/political extremism,

  • Glorifies sexual assault, animal cruelty, or self-harm,

  • Contains non-fictional claims presented as fact.
